DECRET   Nr. 338 din 10 septembrie 1983

pentru modificarea Legii nr. 26/1967 privind concediul de odihna al personalului muncitor

    Consiliul de Stat al Republicii Socialiste Romania decreteaza:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Articolul 9 din Legea nr. 26/1967 privind concediul de odihna al personalului muncitor se modifica si va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "Art. 9 - (1) Concediul fara plata se poate acorda numai in conditiile si pe durata stabilite potrivit legii.
    (2) Pentru personalul muncitor care a beneficiat, in ultimele 12 luni premergatoare acordarii concediului de odihna, de concedii fara plata a caror durata insumata depaseste 30 de zile, concediul de odihna se reduce cu timpul ce depaseste aceasta durata.
    (3) Prevederile alin. (2) nu se aplica in cazul in care concediile fara plata au fost acordate datorita reducerii temporare a activitatii unitatii.
    (4) Absentele nemotivate se scad din durata legala a concediului de odihna.
    (5) Conducerea unitatii este obligata sa afiseze, trimestrial, numele persoanelor si numarul de zile ce se scad din concediul de odihna al acestora, pentru concedii fara plata si absente nemotivate."
