privind numirea in functie a unor judecatori financiari, precum si a unor procurori financiari

    In temeiul art. 94 lit. c) din Constitutia Romaniei, al art. 105 alin. (1), art. 109 alin. (1) si art. 121 lit. a) si b) din Legea nr. 94/1992 privind organizarea si functionarea Curtii de Conturi,

    Presedintele Romaniei decreteaza:

    Art. 1
    Se numesc in functia de judecator financiar la Colegiul jurisdictional al camerelor de conturi judetene persoanele cuprinse in anexa nr. 1 la prezentul decret.
    Art. 2
    Se numesc in functia de procuror financiar pe langa camerele de conturi judetene persoanele  cuprinse in anexa nr. 2 la prezentul decret.
