    Consiliul de Stat al Republicii Socialiste Romania decreteaza:

    Art. 1
    Amenzile si penalitatile provenite din activitatea anului 1978, care nu se datoresc vinovatiei unei persoane, in masura in care nu s au acoperit din sumele incasate cu acelasi titlu, se suporta de catre unitatile economice de stat din rezultatele financiare ale anului 1979, dupa prelevarea pentru societate a unei parti din valoarea productiei nete.
