    Avand in vedere schimbarea denumirii Societatii Comerciale "COST" - S.A. Targoviste in Societatea Comerciala "MECHEL Targoviste" - S.A., a Societatii Comerciale "Industria Sarmei" - S.A. Campia Turzii in Societatea Comerciala "MECHEL Campia Turzii" - S.A., precum si fuziunea societatilor comerciale "Agrana Romania Holding and Trading Company" - S.R.L., "Danubiana Roman" - S.A. si "Zaharul Romanesc" - S.A. sub denumirea de Societatea Comerciala "Agrana Romania" - S.A.,
    in temeiul dispozitiilor art. 10 alin. (4) si (5) din Legea gazelor nr. 351/2004,

    presedintele Autoritatii Nationale de Reglementare in Domeniul Gazelor Naturale emite prezenta decizie.

    Art. 1
    Anexa la Decizia presedintelui Autoritatii Nationale de Reglementare in Domeniul Gazelor Naturale nr. 1.412/2004 privind aprobarea Listei centralizate a consumatorilor eligibili de gaze naturale, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 1.129 din 30 noiembrie 2004, se modifica dupa cum urmeaza:
    1. Pozitia 30 din lista va avea urmatorul cuprins:
"30. S.C. MECHEL TARGOVISTE - S.A.          MECHEL TARGOVISTE"
    2. Pozitia 34 din lista va avea urmatorul cuprins:
"34. S.C. AGRANA ROMANIA - S.A.             AGRANA - FABRICA DE ZAHAR ROMAN"
    3. Pozitia 90 din lista va avea urmatorul cuprins:
"90. S.C. AGRANA ROMANIA - S.A.             AGRANA - FABRICA DE ZAHAR BUZAU"
    4. Pozitia 104 din lista va avea urmatorul cuprins:
"104. S.C. MECHEL CAMPIA TURZII - S.A.      MECHEL CAMPIA TURZII".
    Art. 2
    Compartimentele de resort din cadrul Autoritatii Nationale de Reglementare in Domeniul Gazelor Naturale, Societatii Comerciale "MECHEL Targoviste" - S.A., Societatii Comerciale "MECHEL Campia Turzii" - S.A. si Societatii Comerciale "Agrana Romania" - S.A. vor duce la indeplinire prevederile prezentei decizii.
    Art. 3
    Prezenta decizie se publica in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
