In tot cuprinsul Deciziei Curţii Constituţionale nr. 412 din 16 mai 2006 referitoare la excepţia de neconstituţionalitate a dispoziţiilor art. 9 alin. (5) şi ale art. 10 alin. (2) din Legea recunoştinţei faţă de eroii-martiri şi luptătorii care au contribuit la victoria Revoluţiei române din decembrie 1989 nr. 341/2004, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 473 din 1 iunie 2006, se fac următoarele rectificări (care nu aparţin Redacţiei „Monitorul Oficial", Partea I):

-  la numele autorilor excepţiei se adaugă „Nicolae Nuţu" înainte de „... Constantin Firculescu";

-   la menţionarea numerelor dosarelor se adaugă: nr. 36.605/2/2005 înainte de nr. 36.553/2/2005 şi în loc de: 39.991/2/2005 se va citi: 36.991/2/2005, iar în loc de: 36.006/2/2005 se va citi: 36.606/2/2005.
