    In conformitate cu prevederile art. 38 alin. 2 din Legea nr. 10/1995 privind calitatea in constructii, cu modificarile ulterioare,
    in temeiul art. 2 pct. 45 si ale art. 5 alin. (4) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 412/2004 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Transporturilor, Constructiilor si Turismului, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    ministrul transporturilor, constructiilor si turismului emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Reglementarea tehnica "Normativ pentru evaluarea starii de degradare a imbracamintei bituminoase pentru drumuri cu structuri rutiere suple si semirigide - Revizuire AND 540-98", indicativ AND 540-2003, aprobata prin Ordinul ministrului transporturilor, constructiilor si turismului nr. 907/2004, publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 397 si nr. 397 bis din 11 mai 2005, se completeaza cu anexele nr. 1 - 4*) care fac parte integranta din prezentul ordin.

    Art. 2
    Prezentul ordin se publica in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
