In temeiul prevederilor art. 11 alin. (1) lit. k) din anexa nr. 1 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.022/2004 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Agenţiei Române de Salvare a Vieţii Omeneşti pe Mare -ARSVOM, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, ale art. 11 şi 21 din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 221/2008 pentru stabilirea unor măsuri de reorganizare în cadrul administraţiei publice centrale şi ale art. 46 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

ministrul transporturilor şi infrastructurii emite următorul ordin:

Art. I. - Anexa la Ordinul ministrului transporturilor, construcţiilor şi turismului nr. 954/2005 privind aprobarea tarifelor pentru prestaţiile de servicii specifice efectuate de Agenţia Română de Salvare a Vieţii Omeneşti pe Mare - ARSVOM, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.006 din 14 noiembrie 2005, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.

Art. II. -Agenţia Română de Salvare a Vieţii Omeneşti pe Mare -ARSVOM va duce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.

Art. III. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
