    In temeiul prevederilor art. 11 alin. (1) lit. k) din anexa nr. 1 la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.022/2004 privind organizarea si functionarea Agentiei Romane de Salvare a Vietii Omenesti pe Mare - ARSVOM, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, si ale art. 5 alin. (4) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 412/2004 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Transporturilor, Constructiilor si Turismului, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    ministrul transporturilor, constructiilor si turismului emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba tarifele pentru prestatiile de servicii specifice efectuate de Agentia Romana de Salvare a Vietii Omenesti pe Mare - ARSVOM, prevazute in anexa care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Agentia Romana de Salvare a Vietii Omenesti pe Mare - ARSVOM va duce la indeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.
    Art. 3
    Prezentul ordin se publica in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
