pentru completarea Ordinului ministrului sanatatii nr. 466/2006 privind infiintarea comisiilor consultative ale Ministerului Sanatatii, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare

In temeiul prevederilor Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 862/2006 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Sănătăţii Publice,

văzând Referatul de aprobare al Secretariatului general nr. 4.797 din 7 mai 2007,

ministrul sănătăţii publice emite următorul ordin:

Art. I. - Ordinul ministrului sănătăţii nr. 466/2006 privind înfiinţarea comisiilor consultative ale Ministerului Sănătăţii, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 434 din 19 mai 2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se completează după cum urmează:

- La anexa nr. 2 „Componenţa comisiilor de specialitate ale Ministerului Sănătăţii", după punctul 31 se introduce un nou punct, punctul 32, cu următorul cuprins:
