pentru modificarea si completarea Normei sanitare veterinare privind Programul
de supraveghere, profilaxie si combatere a bolilor la animale, de prevenire a
transmiterii de boli de la animale la om si de protectie a mediului pentru anul
2003, aprobata prin Ordinul ministrului agriculturii, alimentatiei si padurilor
nr. 640/2002

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 746 din 24 octombrie 2003
In temeiul prevederilor art. 31 alin. (1) din Legea sanitara veterinara nr.
60/1974, republicata,
vazand Referatul de aprobare nr. 156.164 din 2 septembrie 2003, intocmit de
Agentia Nationala Sanitara Veterinara,
in baza Hotararii Guvernului nr. 739/2003 privind organizarea si
functionarea Ministerului Agriculturii, Padurilor, Apelor si Mediului,
ministrul agriculturii, padurilor, apelor si mediului emite urmatorul
ordin:
Art. 1
Norma sanitara veterinara privind Programul de supraveghere, profilaxie si
combatere a bolilor la animale, de prevenire a transmiterii de boli de la
animale la om si de protectie a mediului pentru anul 2003, aprobata prin
Ordinul ministrului agriculturii, alimentatiei si padurilor nr. 640/2002,
publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 35 din 22 ianuarie
2003, se modifica dupa cum urmeaza:
1. La litera A sectiunea I, litera f) "Actiunile strategice de
supraveghere sanitara veterinara a reproductiei si tulburarilor genetice la
animale" va avea continutul prevazut in anexa nr. 1 la prezentul ordin.
2. La litera A sectiunea a III-a "Actiuni de profilaxie sanitara
veterinara obligatorii a bolilor la animale", se fac urmatoarele
modificari:
a) Capitolul II va avea urmatorul titlu: "Actiuni generale de medicina
veterinara preventiva, de identificarea animalelor, de protectia si bunastarea
animalelor si protectia mediului".
b) La capitolul II se introduce punctul 1^1, "Identificarea
animalelor", care va avea continutul prevazut in anexa nr. 2 la prezentul
ordin.
Art. 2
Directiile sanitare veterinare judetene si a municipiului Bucuresti, precum
si institutele centrale de profil vor duce la indeplinire prevederile
prezentului ordin.
Art. 3
Anexele nr. 1 si 2*) fac parte integranta din prezentul ordin.

Art. 4
Agentia Nationala Sanitara Veterinara va controla modul de indeplinire a
prevederilor prezentului ordin.
Art. 5
Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.

Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it.
Longer version: my ex was telling everyone (including the kids) that I cheated, that she was the victim, etc. Meanwhile I had suspicions but nothing concrete.
What made the military grade hackers at CyberH4cks different from local PIs was that they weren’t limited to Instagram screenshots and parking-lot photos.
