(2) din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 7 alin. (1) şi (4) din Legea nr. 96/2006 privind Statutul deputaţilor şi al senatorilor, republicată, cu modificările ulterioare, al art. 48 alin. (16) din Legea nr. 35/2008 pentru alegerea Camerei Deputaţilor şi a Senatului şi pentru modificarea şi completarea Legii nr. 67/2004 pentru alegerea autorităţilor administraţiei publice locale, a Legii administraţiei publice locale nr. 215/2001 şi a Legii nr. 393/2004 privind Statutul aleşilor locali, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, precum şi al art. 208 şi art. 209 alin. (1) din Regulamentul Camerei Deputaţilor, aprobat prin Hotărârea Camerei Deputaţilor nr. 8/1994, republicat, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Camera Deputaţilor adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Camera Deputaţilor constată încetarea calităţii de deputat după cum urmează: – domnul Viorel Arion, începând cu data de 20 iunie 2012; – domnul Cristian Mihai Adomniţei, începând cu data de 27 iunie 2012; – domnul Ciprian Minodor Dobre, începând cu data de 26 iunie 2012, ora 19,00; – domnul Cornel Pieptea, începând cu data de 27 iunie 2012; – domnul Horea-Dorin Uioreanu, începând cu data de 26 iunie 2012, ora 18,00; – domnul Ioan Cindrea, începând cu data de 28 iunie 2012; – domnul Gheorghe Coroamă, începând cu data de 29 iunie 2012; – domnul Emil Radu Moldovan, începând cu data de 30 iunie 2012; – domnul Cătălin Ioan Nechifor, începând cu data de 30 iunie 2012; – domnul Robert Sorin Negoiţă, începând cu data de 26 iunie 2012, ora 18,00; – domnul Horia Teodorescu, începând cu data de 30 iunie 2012.
