    Ministrul industriei si resurselor,
    in conformitate cu prevederile art. 14 alin. 2 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.032/2001 privind stabilirea conditiilor de introducere pe piata si de functionare a aparatelor electrice si electronice din punct de vedere al compatibilitatii electromagnetice,
    in temeiul Hotararii Guvernului nr. 19/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Industriei si Resurselor, cu modificarile ulterioare,
    emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba Lista cuprinzand organismele desemnate in domeniul compatibilitatii electromagnetice, prevazuta in anexa care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
