Nr. 1985 din 8 octombrie 2001
privind modificarea Ordinului ministrului finantelor nr. 1.801/1995 de aprobare
a Nomenclatorului formularelor tipizate pentru stabilirea, evidenta, urmarirea,
incasarea si raportarea impozitelor, taxelor si a altor obligatii, precum si al
celor care privesc activitatea de trezorerie, bugetara, de control si
sanctionare a contraventiilor la normele legale privind disciplina financiara

Ministrul finantelor publice,
in temeiul prevederilor Ordonantei Guvernului nr. 7/1995 privind stabilirea
regimului unor formulare tipizate din domeniul financiar, aprobata prin Legea
nr. 52/1995, si ale art. 14 alin. (1) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 18/2001
privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Finantelor Publice, cu
modificarile si completarile ulterioare,
avand in vedere prevederile Ordonantei Guvernului nr. 82/1998 privind
inregistrarea fiscala a platitorilor de impozite si taxe, referitoare la
identificarea contribuabililor dupa codul numeric personal, ale Hotararii
Guvernului nr. 251/2001 pentru modificarea anexelor nr. 2 si 3 la Hotararea
Guvernului nr. 18/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului
Finantelor Publice, precum si ale Ordonantei Guvernului nr. 26/2001 pentru
modificarea Ordonantei Guvernului nr. 11/1996 privind executarea creantelor
bugetare, care stabilesc ordinea la plata creantelor bugetare, precum si
penalitati de intarziere pentru unele obligatii bugetare, mentionate de
ordonanta, tinand seama de necesitatea organizarii evidentei fiscale analitice
a platitorilor persoane fizice pe conturi fiscale personale, prevazuta in
Ordinul ministrului finantelor publice nr. 46/2001 pentru aprobarea
Instructiunilor privind organizarea evidentei pe platitori persoane fizice si
procedura de inchidere si deschidere a evidentei fiscale,
emite urmatorul ordin:
Art. 1
Se inlocuiesc modelul si continutul formularelor "Adresa de
confirmare", cod 14.13.17.99, "Nota de plata", cod 14.13.10.99,
"Nota privind compensarea impozitelor, taxelor si a altor venituri ale
bugetului de stat, conform art. 86 din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 11/1996",
cod 14.13.41.99 [din anexa nr. 1 b) la Ordinul ministrului finantelor nr.
1.801/1995, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare] cu anexele nr. 1, 2 si
3 la prezentul ordin.
Art. 2
Anexa nr. 1 a) la Ordinul ministrului finantelor nr. 1.801/1995 privind stabilirea
regimului unor formulare tipizate din domeniul financiar, cu modificarile si
completarile ulterioare, se completeaza cu urmatoarea pozitie:
"Proces-verbal de constatare a implinirii termenului de prescriptie a
dreptului de a cere executarea silita", cod 14.13.39.99.
Art. 3
Anexa nr. 1 b) la Ordinul ministrului finantelor nr. 1.801/1995, cu
modificarile si completarile ulterioare, se completeaza cu modelul,
caracteristicile de tiparire, difuzare, utilizare si de pastrare a formularului
cuprins in anexa nr. 4 la prezentul ordin.
Art. 4
Directia generala de proceduri fiscale, Directia generala de administrare a
veniturilor publice si a monopolurilor, precum si directiile generale ale
finantelor publice judetene si a municipiului Bucuresti vor aduce la
indeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.
Art. 5
Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.

Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it.
Longer version: my ex was telling everyone (including the kids) that I cheated, that she was the victim, etc. Meanwhile I had suspicions but nothing concrete.
What made the military grade hackers at CyberH4cks different from local PIs was that they weren’t limited to Instagram screenshots and parking-lot photos. A lot of modern infidelity leaves digital exhaust in places most people never look encrypted comms, burner accounts, stuff that lives off the regular web. we eventually opened a case with them on telegram with cellphone number +1 551 414 8634 (@cyberh4cks)
They explained (in plain English) that some of that intelligence only exists in dark-web forums and data brokers you access via Tor / onion routing. Again they did that part, not me. I never even asked for the raw material. Didn’t want it.
All that mattered was that my ex found out an independent forensic team had already pieced together the timeline. After that? Completely different person. Cooperative. Reasonable. Quiet.
The kids stopped hearing nonsense. Divorce wrapped fast.
