de venituri si cheltuieli pe anul 2007 al Administratiei Nationale „Apele
Romane"
ACT EMIS DE:
MINISTERUL ECONOMIEI SI FINANTELOR
ACT PUBLICAT IN:
MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 373 din 1 iunie 2007
In conformitate cu prevederile art. 2 din Ordonanţa
Guvernului nr. 1/2007 pentru aprobarea bugetelor de venituri şi cheltuieli ale
unităţilor din subordinea, coordonarea sau sub autoritatea ministerelor,
celorlalte organe de specialitate ale administraţiei publice centrale, precum
şi a autorităţilor publice centrale,
în temeiul prevederilor art. 5 alin. (7) din Hotărârea
Guvernului nr. 368/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului
Mediului şi Dezvoltării Durabile, ale art. 11 alin. (4) din Hotărârea
Guvernului nr. 386/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului
Economiei şi Finanţelor şi ale art. 14 din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 381/2007
privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Muncii, Familiei şi Egalităţii
de Şanse,
ministrul mediului şi dezvoltării durabile,
ministrul economiei şi finanţelor şi ministrul muncii, familiei şi egalităţii
de şanse emit prezentul ordin:
Art. 1. - (1) Se aprobă bugetul de venituri şi
cheltuieli pe anul 2007 al Administraţiei Naţionale „Apele Române", care
funcţionează în coordonarea Ministerului Mediului şi Dezvoltării Durabile,
prevăzut în anexa*) care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
(2) Repartizarea pe trimestre a indicatorilor prevăzuţi la alin. (1) se aprobă de către Ministerul
Mediului şi Dezvoltării Durabile în termen de 30 de zile de la data intrării în
vigoare a prezentului ordin.
Art. 2. - In cazul în care în execuţie se înregistrează
depăşiri sau nerealizări ale veniturilor aprobate, Administraţia Naţională
„Apele Române" va efectua cheltuieli în funcţie de realizarea veniturilor,
cu încadrarea în indicatorii de eficienţă aprobaţi.
Art. 3. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul
Oficial al României, Partea I.
