Pentru aplicarea dispoziţiilor art. 5 alin. (1) lit. s) din Legea nr. 346/2006 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Apărării Naţionale, cu modificările ulterioare,în temeiul prevederilor art. 33 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 346/2006, cu modificările ulterioare,ministrul apărării naţionale emite prezentul ordin. Articolul IOrdinul ministrului apărării naţionale nr. M.116/2012 privind executarea şi modul de păstrare şi de utilizare a sigiliilor, ştampilelor şi matriţelor timbru sec în Ministerul Apărării Naţionale, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 717 din 22 octombrie 2012, se modifică şi se completează după cum urmează: 1. După articolul 35 se introduce un nou articol, articolul 351, cu următorul cuprins: Articolul 351 Normele de consum de materiale şi de timp pentru executarea sigiliilor, ştampilelor şi matriţelor timbru sec în Ministerul Apărării Naţionale sunt prevăzute în anexele nr. 8-11. 2. Articolul 38 se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins: Articolul 38Anexele nr. 1-11 fac parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. 3. După anexa nr. 7 se introduc patru noi anexe, anexele nr. 8-11, având cuprinsul prevăzut în anexele nr. 1-4, care fac parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
