Având în vedere dispoziţiile art. 4 lit. a) şi c) din Legea cadastrului şi a publicităţii imobiliare nr. 7/1996, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,în temeiul art. 3 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 7/1996, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, coroborat cu art. 15 alin. (3) din Regulamentul de organizare şi funcţionare al Agenţiei Naţionale de Cadastru şi Publicitate Imobiliară, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.288/2012, cu modificările ulterioare,directorul general al Agenţiei Naţionale de Cadastru şi Publicitate Imobiliară emite prezentul ordin. Articolul I Anexa nr. 1.27 la Regulamentul de organizare şi funcţionare a birourilor de cadastru şi publicitate imobiliară, aprobat prin Ordinul directorului general al Agenţiei Naţionale de Cadastru şi Publicitate Imobiliară nr. 633/2006, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.049 din 29 decembrie 2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
