    In temeiul art. 114 alin. (4) din Constitutie,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta ordonanta de urgenta.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se aproba scoaterea definitiva din circuitul agricol si scutirea de plata a taxelor datorate pentru scoaterea definitiva din circuitul agricol a unor terenuri in suprafata totala de 63,9951 ha, identificate potrivit anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta ordonanta de urgenta, in vederea realizarii obiectivului de investitii "Deponeu ecologic zonal, judetul Timis".
