ACT EMIS DE: ADUNAREA(CAMERA) DEPUTATILOR

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 35 din 16 februarie 1995

    Subsemnatii, membri ai Camerei Deputatilor, propunem acesteia adoptarea urmatoarei motiuni:
    Camera Deputatilor a luat act cu profunda neliniste de recentele declaratii ale U.D.M.R., partid parlamentar, prin care se contesta caracterul national al statului roman si se solicita crearea unei regiuni autonome pe criterii etnice.
    Camera Deputatilor considera ca astfel de pozitii sunt contrare atat Constitutiei Romaniei, cat si unor documente internationale la care Romania a aderat. Asemenea pozitii sunt in opozitie cu interesele majore ale tarii, creeaza premisele instabilitatii si unor relatii interetnice conflictuale. Insesi interesele minoritatilor sunt lezate prin incercarea de a le izola de populatia majoritara.
    Avand in vedere cele de mai sus, Camera Deputatilor condamna cu fermitate declaratiile mentionate ale U.D.M.R. si invita acest partid sa respecte Constitutia si legile Romaniei.
    Camera Deputatilor isi afirma convingerea ca partidele politice, cu atat mai mult cele parlamentare, au datoria de a actiona doar pentru consolidarea statului national unitar roman, aceasta fiind si baza prosperitatii tuturor cetatenilor tarii, indiferent de originea etnica.
