Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.ARTICOL UNICAlineatul (3) al articolului 1 din Legea nr. 406/2001 privind acordarea unor drepturi persoanelor care au avut calitatea de şef al statului român, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 386 din 16 iulie 2001, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins:
(3) Nu beneficiază de prevederile prezentei legi persoana căreia i-a încetat calitatea de şef al statului român ca urmare a săvârşirii unei infracţiuni pentru care a fost condamnată definitiv sau ca urmare a demiterii din funcţie prin referendum şi nici persoana despre care s-a constatat definitiv că a avut calitatea de lucrător al Securităţii sau de colaborator al acesteia. Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată. p.
