În temeiul prevederilor art. 5 din Regulamentul activităţilor comune ale Camerei Deputaţilor şi Senatului, aprobat prin Hotărârea Parlamentului României nr. 4/1992, republicat,Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNIC Anexa la Hotărârea Parlamentului României nr. 30/2017 privind constituirea grupurilor parlamentare de prietenie, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 304 din 28 aprilie 2017, cu modificările ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează: – La punctul 17 - Grupul parlamentar de prietenie cu Republica Franceză - Senat:

– domnul senator Corlăţean Titus, Grupul parlamentar P.S.D., îl înlocuieşte, în funcţia de preşedinte, pe domnul senator Orţan Ovidiu-Florin, Grupul parlamentar P.S.D.;

– domnul senator Orţan Ovidiu-Florin, Grupul parlamentar P.S.D., este desemnat în calitatea de membru al grupului de prietenie în locul domnului senator Corlăţean Titus, Grupul parlamentar P.S.D. Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaţilor şi de Senat în şedinţa comună din 13 iunie 2018, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.p.
