Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege. Articolul 1Se aprobă plata contribuţiei anuale care îi revine României în calitate de stat parte la Tratatul privind comerţul cu arme, adoptat la New York la 2 aprilie 2013 şi semnat de România la New York la 3 iunie 2013 şi ratificat de România prin Legea nr. 32/2014. Articolul 2Fondurile necesare pentru plata contribuţiei anuale vor fi asigurate din sumele alocate cu această destinaţie de la bugetul de stat în bugetul Ministerului Afacerilor Externe, capitolul 51.01 „Autorităţi publice şi acţiuni externe", titlul 55 „Alte transferuri." Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată. p.
