În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICLa anexa nr. 2 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.467/2008 privind acordarea unor măsuri de sprijin familiilor afectate de explozia care a avut loc în data de 15 noiembrie 2008 la Exploatarea Minieră Petrila, judeţul Hunedoara, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 780 din 21 noiembrie 2008, cu completările ulterioare, după numărul curent 16 se introduce un nou număr curent, numărul curent 17, cu următorul cuprins:
