Având în vedere dispoziţiile art. 7 din Legea contabilităţii nr. 82/1991, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi Ordinul ministrului finanţelor publice nr. 2.861/2009 pentru aprobarea Normelor privind organizarea şi efectuarea inventarierii elementelor de natura activelor, datoriilor şi capitalurilor proprii,în temeiul prevederilor art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 20 din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, al art. 20 şi art. 21 alin. (1) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 43/1997 privind regimul drumurilor, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi având în vedere art. 2 alin. (1) şi (5) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se aprobă modificarea valorilor de inventar ale unor bunuri aflate în inventarul centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, precum şi modificarea descrierii tehnice a unor imobile înscrise în inventarul centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, conform anexei nr. 1, ca urmare a inventarierii în condiţiile legii. Articolul 2Se aprobă înscrierea unor bunuri în inventarul centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, conform anexei nr. 2, ca urmare a punerii în funcţiune şi a inventarierii în condiţiile legii. Articolul 3Ministerul Transporturilor împreună cu Ministerul Finanţelor Publice vor opera modificările corespunzătoare în anexa nr. 16 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it.
