ACT PUBLICAT ÎN MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 687 din 20 august 2019 În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. II alin. (1) din Legea nr. 89/2008 pentru modificarea şi completarea Legii nr. 152/1998 privind înfiinţarea Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Locuinţe, al art. 10 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 152/1998 privind înfiinţarea Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Locuinţe, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, precum şi al art. 361 alin. (1) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 57/2019 privind Codul administrativ,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1
(1) Se aprobă înscrierea în inventarul bunurilor din domeniul public al statului a blocurilor de locuinţe din municipiul Ploieşti, judeţul Prahova, prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre, aflate în administrarea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Ploieşti, trecute, în condiţiile legii, în domeniul public al statului prin Hotărârea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Ploieşti nr. 150/2015, astfel cum a fost modificată, completată prin Hotărârea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Ploieşti nr. 172 din 30.05.2018, prin Hotărârea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Ploieşti nr. 350 din 31.08.2018 şi prin Hotărârea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Ploieşti nr. 471 din 31.10.2018, prin Hotărârea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Ploieşti nr. 388 din 27.09.2018, prin Hotărârea Consiliul Local al Municipiului Ploieşti nr. 11 din 31.01.2019 şi prin Hotărârea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Ploieşti nr. 12 din 31.01.2019, astfel cum a fost modificată prin Hotărârea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Ploieşti nr. 48 din 27.02.2019.
(2) Se aprobă trecerea blocurilor de locuinţe prevăzute la alin. (1) din proprietatea publică a statului în proprietatea privată a acestuia.
(3) Autorităţile publice locale care administrează, în condiţiile Legii nr. 152/1998 privind înfiinţarea Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Locuinţe, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, blocurile de locuinţe prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre, înscriu în inventarul bunurilor din domeniul privat al statului blocurile de locuinţe trecute în proprietatea privată a statului potrivit alin. (2), conform prevederilor Ordinului ministrului finanţelor publice şi al ministrului delegat pentru buget nr. 668/2014 pentru aprobarea Precizărilor privind întocmirea şi actualizarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor imobile proprietate privată a statului şi a drepturilor reale supuse inventarierii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. Articolul 2
(1) Consiliul Local al Municipiului Ploieşti stabileşte valorile de vânzare şi efectuează operaţiunile de publicitate imobiliară, în condiţiile legii, pentru locuinţele din blocurile prevăzute la art. 1.
(2) Stabilirea valorilor de vânzare a locuinţelor prevăzute la art. 1 se realizează, în condiţiile legii, potrivit prevederilor Normelor metodologice pentru punerea în aplicare a prevederilor Legii nr. 152/1998 privind înfiinţarea Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Locuinţe, aprobate prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 962/2001, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare.
