privind asigurarea si creditarea stocurilor de pacura si combustibil lichid usor pentru populatie in iarna 1996-1997

    In baza prevederilor Legii nr. 91/1993 si ale Ordonantei Guvernului nr. 34/1994, aprobata prin Legea nr. 121/1994,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se autorizeaza Ministerul Finantelor sa emita garantii pentru credite "revolving", in valoare totala de 65 miliarde lei, pe care bancile comerciale le vor acorda regiilor autonome de interes local si agentilor economici care furnizeaza energie termica la populatie, in scopul constituirii stocurilor de pacura si combustibil lichid usor, prevazute in Programul energetic pentru perioada 1 aprilie 1996 - 31 martie 1997, aprobat de Guvern.
    Art. 2
    Rambursarea creditelor prevazute la art. 1 se va face pana la data de 31 martie 1997.
    Art. 3
    Consiliile judetene si, respectiv, consiliile locale impreuna cu directiile generale ale finantelor publice si controlul financiar de stat si cu bancile comerciale sau cu filialele locale ale acestora vor distribui creditele pe regii autonome de interes local si pe alti agenti economici care furnizeaza energie termica la populatie, in conformitate cu prevederile din anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
