(1) şi ale art. 67 din Constituţia României, republicată, Senatul adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNIC Regulamentul Senatului, aprobat prin Hotărârea Senatului nr. 28/2005, republicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 992 din 23 noiembrie 2018, se modifică după cum urmează: – Articolul 119 se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins: Articolul 119 Termenele procedurale ale procesului legislativ se calculează pe zile calendaristice. Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Senat în şedinţa din 18 februarie 2019, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 76 alin. (1) din Constituţia României, republicată. p.
