Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNIC Anexa la Hotărârea Parlamentului României nr. 13/2013 privind constituirea grupurilor parlamentare de prietenie cu Republica Federală Germania şi Regatul Ţărilor de Jos (Olanda), publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 88 din 11 februarie 2013, cu modifică rile şi completările ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează: – la punctul 1, Grupul parlamentar de prietenie cu Republica Federală Germania, domnului senator Mihai Neagu, membru al Grupului parlamentar al PC, îi încetează calitatea de membru al acestui grup.Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaţilor şi de Senat în şedinţa comună din 17 aprilie 2013, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 76 alin.
