În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICHotărârea Guvernului nr. 975/2011 privind aprobarea ajutoarelor de stat care se acordă producătorilor agricoli pentru perioada 2011-2012 şi a sumei totale alocate acestor ajutoare de stat, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 720 din 12 octombrie 2011, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează: 1. Articolul 2 va avea următorul cuprins: Articolul 2Valoarea totală a ajutoarelor de stat prevăzute la art. 1 este de 1.004.839 mii lei şi se asigură de la bugetul de stat, în limita prevederilor bugetare aprobate Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale pe anul 2012. 2. Anexa „Ajutoarele de stat care se acordă producătorilor agricoli pentru perioada 2011-2012 şi suma totală alocată acestor ajutoare de stat“ se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
