    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se autoriza Ministerul Economiei si Finantelor sa acorde garantia pentru creditul extern in valoare de 115,069 mil. DM, care va fi primit de catre Regia Autonoma de Electricitate "RENEL" de la Banca "KREDITANSTALT fur WIEDERAUFBAU (KfW)" din Frankfurt/main - Germania, pentru retehnologizarea blocurilor energetice de 330 MW din termocentralele Turceni si Rovinari (cu referire la blocurile nr. 4 si 5 - Turceni).
