    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Activul "Instalatia de piroliza I", aflat la Sucursala "Arpechim" Pitesti din cadrul Societatii Nationale a Petrolului "Petrom" - S.A. Bucuresti, identificat conform anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare, se transmite, cu justa despagubire, la valoarea contabila a acestuia, din patrimoniul Societatii Nationale a Petrolului "Petrom" - S.A. Bucuresti in patrimoniul Societatii Comerciale "Oltchim" - S.A. Ramnicu Valcea.
    Art. 2
    Predarea-preluarea activului prevazut la art. 1 se face pe baza de protocol incheiat intre parti, in termen de 30 de zile de la data intrarii in vigoare a prezentei hotarari.
