În temeiul prevederilor art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 867 alin. (1) şi al art. 868 din Legea nr. 287/2009 privind Codul civil, republicată, cu modificările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se aprobă transmiterea unor imobile, aflate în proprietatea publică a statului şi având datele de identificare prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre, din administrarea Regiei Autonome „Administraţia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat“ în administrarea Ministerului Afacerilor Interne, pentru Inspectoratul General al Poliţiei Române. Articolul 2Predarea-preluarea imobilelor prevăzute la art. 1 se face pe bază de protocol încheiat între părţile interesate în termen de 30 de zile de la intrarea în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri.
