    In temeiul art. 22 din Legea nr. 67/1995 privind ajutorul social,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    (1) Se aproba propunerea Ministerului Muncii si Protectiei Sociale privind acordarea unui ajutor de urgenta in valoare de 20 milioane lei, pentru acoperirea cheltuielilor necesare achizitionarii de materiale de constructie, imbracaminte, alimente si medicamente, familiei doamnei Drezaliu Virginia din comuna Mihai Bravu, judetul Tulcea, ramasa fara locuinta in urma producerii unui incendiu.
    (2) Se va acorda suma de 5 milioane lei in numerar, iar diferenta de 15 milioane lei se va aloca pentru procurarea de materiale de constructie si bunuri de uz gospodaresc, pe baza optiunii titularei.
