    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art.
    Se aproba transmiterea unui teren, proprietate publica a statului, in suprafata de 2,52 ha, situat in municipiul Mangalia, judetul Constanta, identificat potrivit anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare, din administrarea Ministerului Apararii Nationale in administrarea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Mangalia, judetul Constanta, in vederea infiintarii unui cimitir uman.
    Art. 2
    Predarea-preluarea terenului prevazut la art. 1 se face prin protocol incheiat intre partile interesate.
