HOTARARE   Nr. 551 din 9 iunie 2010

pentru modificarea si completarea anexei nr. 33 la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.361/2001 privind atestarea domeniului public al judetului Vaslui, precum si al municipiilor, oraselor si comunelor din judetul Vaslui

In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 21 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind proprietatea publică şi regimul juridic al acesteia, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Anexa nr. 33 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al comunei Fălciu" la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.361/2001 privind atestarea domeniului public al judeţului Vaslui, precum şi al municipiilor, oraşelor şi comunelor din judeţul Vaslui, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 633 şi 633 bis din 27 august 2002, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică şi se completează după cum urmează:

a) la secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile" se modifică următoarele poziţii:

-  la poziţia nr. 1, coloana 3 va avea următorul cuprins: „Drum împietruit din DN 24 A până la ieşirea din satul Bozia către Copăceana, lungime 3,300 km, lăţime 10 m, zonă de protecţie 8 m, adresa - satul Bozia, comuna Fălciu, judeţul Vaslui";

-  la poziţia nr. 3, coloana 3 va avea următorul cuprins: „Drum împietruit din DN 24 A până la Şcoala generală cu clasele I-IV Odaia Bogdana, lungime 4,600 km, lăţime 10 m, zonă de protecţie 8 m";

- la poziţia nr. 236, coloana 2 va avea următorul cuprins: „Drum agricol de exploataţie 838";

- la poziţia nr. 237, coloana 2 va avea următorul cuprins: „Drum agricol de exploataţie 839";

- la poziţia nr. 326, coloana 2 va avea următorul cuprins: „Drum agricol de exploataţie 1896";

- la poziţia nr. 426, coloana 3 va avea următorul cuprins: „Nr. corpuri 1, suprafaţa totală construită 215 mp, suprafaţa totală desfăşurată 215 mp, nr. nivele - parter, structură de rezistenţă B, fundaţie B, pereţi D, acoperiş TB, starea construcţiei S, adresa imobilului, localitatea Fălciu, vecinătăţi: N - Braşoveanu Neculai, S - Marin Costică, E - drum în sat, V - DN 24 A, suprafaţa de teren 1.500 mp";

- la poziţia nr. 433, coloana 2 va avea următorul cuprins: „Centru de asistenţă după programul şcolar (tip after school)";

b) la secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile", după poziţia 471 se introduc 31 noi poziţii, poziţiile nr. 472-502, conform anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it. Longer version: my ex was telling everyone (including the kids) that I cheated, that she was the victim, etc. Meanwhile I had suspicions but nothing concrete.
