Având în vedere prevederile art. 21, 22 şi 3 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 81/2003 privind reevaluarea şi amortizarea activelor fixe aflate în patrimoniul instituţiilor publice, aprobată prin Legea nr. 493/2003, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale art. 2 alin. (1) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,în temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 20 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1
(1) Datele de identificare ale bunurilor înregistrate în inventarul centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului şi în administrarea Inspectoratului de Stat în Construcţii - I.S.C. cu nr. MFP 99694, 99700, 99701 din anexa nr. 10 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică şi completează ca urmare a actualizării datelor de identificare şi a valorii de inventar ale imobilelor conform elementelor de descriere tehnică cuprinse în extrasul de carte funciară, reevaluării acestora şi a bazei legale, potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
(2) Datele de identificare a bunului înregistrat în inventarul centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului şi în administrarea Inspectoratului de Stat în Construcţii cu nr. MF 36009 din anexa nr. 10 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică şi se completează ca urmare a actualizării bazei legale şi a denumirii după schimbarea titularului dreptului de administrare, potrivit anexei. Articolul 2 Inspectoratul de Stat în Construcţii - I.S.C. îşi va actualiza în mod corespunzător datele din evidenţa cantitativ-valorică. Ministerul Dezvoltării Regionale şi Administraţiei Publice, împreună cu Ministerul Finanţelor Publice, va opera modificările corespunzătoare în anexa nr. 10 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare.
