În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNIC Anexa nr. 1 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 185/1994 privind acordarea alocaţiei de hrană zilnice pentru personalul navigant şi auxiliar îmbarcat pe nave, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 113 din 4 mai 1994, cu modificările ulterioare, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa la prezenta hotărâre.PRIM-MINISTRUVASILICA-VIORICA DĂNCILĂContrasemnează:Ministrul transporturilor,Lucian ŞovaMinistrul muncii şi justiţiei sociale,Lia-Olguţa VasilescuMinistrul finanţelor publice,Eugen Orlando TeodoroviciANEXĂ(Anexa nr. 1 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 185/1994) ALOCAŢIILE DE HRANĂ ZILNICE pentru personalul navigant şi auxiliar îmbarcat pe nave aparţinând instituţiilor publice şi regiilor autonome

NOTĂ: Cuantumul numărului de calorii şi costul acestora, astfel cum sunt prevăzute în prezenta anexă, reprezintă valori minime recomandate la stabilirea alocaţiei de hrană prin contracte colective de muncă şi/sau contracte individuale de îmbarcare pentru personalul navigant şi auxiliar de pe navele aparţinând altor persoane juridice.
