În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al prevederilor Regulamentului (UE) nr. 1.408/2013 al Comisiei din 18 decembrie 2013 privind aplicarea articolelor 107 şi 108 din Tratatul privind funcţionarea Uniunii Europene ajutoarelor de minimis în sectorul agricol,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNIC La articolul 5 din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 943/2017 pentru aprobarea schemei „Ajutor de minimis pentru aplicarea programului de susţinere a produsului tomate în spaţii protejate", pentru anul 2018, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 8 din 4 ianuarie 2018, după alineatul (2) se introduce un nou alineat, alineatul (3), cu următorul cuprins:
(3) Prin excepţie de la prevederile alin. (2), valorificarea producţiei prevăzute la alin. (1) lit. b) se poate face şi în perioada 1-15 iunie, inclusiv.
