Având în vedere prevederile art. 2 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 112/2000 pentru reglementarea procesului de scoatere din funcţiune, casare şi valorificare a activelor corporale care alcătuiesc domeniul public al statului şi al unităţilor administrativ-teritoriale, aprobată prin Legea nr. 246/2001,în temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 10 alin. (2) şi al art. 20 alin. (1) şi (2) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se modifică valoarea de inventar a bunurilor mobile înregistrate în inventarul centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului la numărul M.F.P. 97074 ca urmare a punerii în aplicare a prevederilor Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 1.845/2004*), conform anexei nr. 1. Articolul 2Se aprobă trecerea din domeniul public al statului în domeniul privat al statului, în vederea casării şi valorificării bunurilor mobile, conform anexei nr. 2. Articolul 3Ministerul Comunicaţiilor şi Societăţii Informaţionale îşi va actualiza datele din evidenţa cantitativ-valorică şi, împreună cu Ministerul Finanţelor Publice, va opera modificarea corespunzătoare a anexei nr. 5 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. Articolul 4 Anexele nr. 1 şi 2 fac parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
