    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se aproba acordarea unei bonificatii de pana la 20% la tariful de energie electrica sau termica acelor agenti economici, consumatori industriali de energie electrica sau termica, care contribuie cu valuta la importul de gaze naturale si pacura necesare pentru termocentralele Regiei Autonome de Electricitate "Renel" pentru anul 1997.
    Acordarea de bonificatii se va face conform Normelor nr. 196.145/1996 de aplicare a Hotararii Guvernului nr. 173/1996, elaborate de Ministerul Industriilor cu avizul Ministerului Finantelor, care vor fi completate cu prevederi referitoare la importul de gaze naturale si la modul de calcul pentru consumul de energie termica.
