privind aprobarea nivelului dobanzilor practicate de trezoreria statului din Ministerul Finantelor in perioada 1 ianuarie - 31 octombrie 2000

    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei, ale art. 7 alin. (4) din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 66/1994 privind formarea si utilizarea resurselor derulate prin trezoreria statului, aprobata prin Legea nr. 128/1994, republicata, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, precum si ale art. 4 din Legea datoriei publice nr. 81/1999,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Nivelul dobanzilor acordate la imprumuturile de stat lansate de Ministerul Finantelor reprezentand certificate de trezorerie pentru populatie, precum si nivelul dobanzilor la vedere si la termen aferente certificatelor de trezorerie pentru populatie nerascumparate la scadenta si transformate in certificate de depozit sunt prevazute in anexele nr. 1 si 2.
    Art. 2
    Nivelul dobanzilor acordate pentru depozitele atrase in contul curent general al trezoreriei statului de la banci comerciale este prevazut in anexa nr. 3.
    Art. 3
    Se aproba nivelul dobanzii BUBID-ON acordate de Banca Nationala a Romaniei la soldul creditor al contului curent general al trezoreriei statului, precum si la imprumutul pentru acoperirea decalajului temporar dintre incasarile si platile din contul curent general al trezoreriei statului, acordat de Banca Nationala a Romaniei in baza art. 29 din Legea nr. 101/1998 privind Statutul Bancii Nationale a Romaniei, cu modificarile ulterioare.
    Art. 4
    Nivelul dobanzilor la plasamentele efectuate din disponibilitatile temporare ale contului curent general al trezoreriei statului la banci comerciale este prevazut in anexa nr. 4.
    Art. 5
    Nivelul dobanzilor la imprumuturile acordate din disponibilitatile temporare ale contului curent general al trezoreriei statului este prevazut in anexa nr. 5.
    Art. 6
    Se aproba nivelul dobanzilor la disponibilitatile si depozitele pastrate in contul curent general al trezoreriei statului care, potrivit reglementarilor legale, sunt purtatoare de dobanzi, dupa cum urmeaza:
    a) 10% pe an pentru disponibilitatile la vedere;
    b) 12% pe an pentru depozitele constituite pe termen de o luna;
    c) 15% pe an pentru depozitele constituite pe termen de 3 luni.
    Art. 7
    Anexele nr. 1 - 5 fac parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
