privind rectificarea bugetului Trezoreriei Statului pe anul 2010

ACT EMIS DE: GUVERNUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 799 din 30 noiembrie 2010



In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 11 alin. (5) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 146/2002 privind formarea şi utilizarea resurselor derulate prin trezoreria statului, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - (1) Bugetul Trezoreriei Statului pe anul 2010, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.539/2009, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 876 din 16 decembrie 2009, cu modificările ulterioare, se diminuează atât la venituri, cât şi la cheltuieli cu suma de 100.000 mii lei, rezultând un excedent de 205.009 mii lei.

(2) Structura bugetului Trezoreriei Statului pe anul 2010, rectificat, este prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
