    Art. 1
    Bugetul Casei Autonome a Monopolurilor Republicii Populare Romane pe anul 1949 se stabileste la venituri si la cheltuieli la suma totala de 17.014.000.000 lei.
    Specificarea veniturilor este cea aratata in tabela anexata care face parte integranta din acest decret.
    Clasificarea cheltuielilor este cea stabilita prin bugetul vizat de Ministerul Finantelor.
    Art. 2
    Executarea bugetului Casei Autonome a Monopolurilor Republicii Populare Romane pe anul 1949, se va face in conformitate cu dispozitiunile Legii privitoare la crearea Casei Autonome a Monopolurilor din 7 februarie 1929 si normelor stabilite de Ministerul Finantelor.
