În temeiul dispoziţiilor art. 66 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată, şi ale art. 84 alin. (2) şi (4) din Regulamentul Camerei Deputaţilor, aprobat prin Hotărârea Camerei Deputaţilor nr. 8/1994, republicat, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Camera Deputaţilor se convoacă în sesiune extraordinară în data de 29 ianuarie 2013, ora 11,30, până la finalizarea dezbaterilor şi a votului asupra problemelor înscrise pe ordinea de zi, pentru:1. reexaminarea, la cererea Preşedintelui României, a Legii privind unele măsuri pentru degrevarea instanţelor judecătoreşti, precum şi pentru pregătirea punerii în aplicare a Legii nr. 134/2010 privind Codul de procedură civilă (Plx 436/16.10.2012);2. proiectul de Lege privind aprobarea Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 1/2013 pentru modificarea şi completarea Legii nr. 263/2010 privind sistemul unitar de pensii publice;3. proiectul de Lege pentru aprobarea plafoanelor unor indicatori specificaţi în cadrul fiscal-bugetar (PL-x 303/3.09.2012).p.
