privind aprobarea Listei centralizate la nivel national a consumatorilor eligibili de gaze naturale

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 276 din 24 aprilie 2002

    Presedintele Autoritatii Nationale de Reglementare in Domeniul Gazelor Naturale,
    in temeiul prevederilor art. 8 alin. (4) din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 41/2000 privind infiintarea, organizarea si functionarea Autoritatii Nationale de Reglementare in Domeniul Gazelor Naturale (ANRGN), aprobata cu modificari prin Legea nr. 791/2001, respectiv ale art. 6 alin. (1) si (2) din Regulamentul pentru acreditarea consumatorilor eligibili de gaze naturale, aprobat prin Decizia presedintelui Autoritatii Nationale de Reglementare in Domeniul Gazelor Naturale nr. 946/2001,
    emite prezenta decizie.

    Art. 1
    Se aproba Lista centralizata la nivel national a consumatorilor eligibili de gaze naturale, prevazuta in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta decizie.
    Art. 2
    (1) Consumatorii eligibili de gaze naturale inscrisi in lista prevazuta la art. 1 vor incheia cu furnizorii de gaze naturale contracte de vanzare-cumparare a gazelor naturale, in conditiile contractului-cadru de vanzare-cumparare a gazelor naturale pentru consumatorii eligibili, aprobat prin Decizia presedintelui Autoritatii Nationale de Reglementare in Domeniul Gazelor Naturale nr. 3/2000.
    (2) Consumatorii eligibili de gaze naturale inscrisi in lista prevazuta la art. 1 pot incheia contracte distincte pentru serviciile de transport/inmagazinare/distributie a gazelor naturale, in conditiile contractelor-cadru aprobate prin deciziile presedintelui Autoritatii Nationale de Reglementare in Domeniul Gazelor Naturale nr. 187/2001, nr. 247/2001 si nr. 533/2001.
    Art. 3
    (1) Consumatorii eligibili care, la data inscrierii in lista centralizata prevazuta la art. 1, aveau incheiate acorduri de reesalonare a datoriilor restante au obligatia respectarii integrale a prevederilor din acordurile incheiate.
    (2) In situatia incalcarii repetate a prevederilor acordurilor prevazute la alin. (1), Autoritatea Nationala de Reglementare in Domeniul Gazelor Naturale va proceda la retragerea calitatii de consumator eligibil de gaze naturale, potrivit art. 34 din Regulamentul pentru acreditarea consumatorilor eligibili de gaze naturale, aprobat prin Decizia presedintelui Autoritatii Nationale de Reglementare in Domeniul Gazelor Naturale nr. 946/2001.
    Art. 4
    Departamentul preturi, tarife, reglementari comerciale, protectia consumatorilor, Serviciul legislatie, contencios, precum si consumatorii eligibili de gaze naturale vor aduce la indeplinire prevederile prezentei decizii.
    Art. 5
    Prezenta decizie intra in vigoare la data de 1 a lunii calendaristice urmatoare celei in care s-a facut publicarea listei prevazute la art. 1 in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
    Art. 6
    Prezenta decizie va fi publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
