Având în vedere Sentinţa civilă nr. 172 din 17 februarie 2021, pronunţată de Curtea de Apel Bucureşti - Secţia a IX-a contencios administrativ şi fiscal în Dosarul nr. 6.287/2/2020, prin care a fost respinsă ca neîntemeiată acţiunea promovată de doamna Irina Lucan-Arjoca, având ca obiect anularea Deciziei prim-ministrului nr. 274/2020 privind eliberarea doamnei Irina Lucan-Arjoca din funcţia de director general adjunct al Oficiului Român pentru Drepturile de Autor, ţinând cont de faptul că măsura suspendării Deciziei prim-ministrului nr. 274/2020 până la pronunţarea instanţei de fond, dispusă prin Sentinţa civilă nr. 1.175 din 10 noiembrie 2020 pronunţată de Curtea de Apel Bucureşti - Secţia a IX-a contencios administrativ şi fiscal în Dosarul nr. 5.227/2/2020 a încetat la data de 17 februarie 2021, în temeiul art. 29 din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 57/2019 privind Codul administrativ, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, prim-ministrul emite prezenta decizie.ARTICOL UNIC La data de 17 februarie 2021 se constată încetarea exercitării funcţiei de director general adjunct al Oficiului Român pentru Drepturile de Autor de către doamna Irina Lucan-Arjoca.
