privind modificarea Deciziei primului-ministru nr. 473/2005 pentru aprobarea  structurii organizatorice si a statului de functii ale Secretariatului General al Guvernului

Având în vedere dispoziţiile art. 1 din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 1/2006 privind unele măsuri pentru întărirea capacităţii administrative a României pentru integrarea în Uniunea Europeană, ale art. 34 alin. (1) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 2/2006 privind reglementarea drepturilor salariale şi a altor drepturi ale funcţionarilor publici pentru anul 2006 şi ale art. 7 alin. (1) şi art. 9 alin. (2) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 157/2005 pentru organizarea şi funcţionarea Secretariatului General al Guvernului, republicată,

în temeiul art. 19 din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

primul-ministru emite următoarea decizie:

Articol unic. - Anexele nr. 1 şi 2 la Decizia primului-ministru nr. 473/2005 pentru aprobarea structurii organizatorice şi a statului de funcţii ale Secretariatului General al Guvernului, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 925 din 17 octombrie 2005, cu modificările ulterioare, se modifică şi se înlocuiesc cu anexele nr. 1 şi 2*) care fac parte integrantă din prezenta
