    Consiliul de administratie al Fondului de garantare a depozitelor in sistemul bancar aduce la cunostinta lista bancilor ai caror deponenti, persoane fizice, beneficiaza de garantarea rambursarii depozitelor constituite la acestea in conditiile si in limitele prevazute de Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 39/1996, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 206 din 30 august 1996, aprobata si modificata prin Legea nr. 88/1997, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 107 din 30 mai 1997:
