În anexa la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 347/2013 privind nivelul şi aplicarea tarifelor de trecere pentru utilizarea podului peste fluviul Dunărea la Calafat (România) -Vidin (Republica Bulgaria) în conformitate cu prevederile Acordului dintre Guvernul României şi Guvernul Republicii Bulgaria privind constituirea unei entităţi comerciale mixte pentru exploatarea noului pod mixt (rutier şi feroviar) peste fluviul Dunărea, între oraşele Calafat (România) şi Vidin (Republica Bulgaria), semnat la Sofia la 28 februarie 2013, ratificat prin Legea nr. 166/2013, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 351 din 13 iunie 2013, se face următoarea rectificare : – în loc de:

4. Vehicule rutiere de transport persoane cu mai mult de 23 de locuri pe scaune, inclusiv locul conducătorului auto 25 113
Vehicule rutiere de transport marfă cu masa totală maximă autorizată (MTMA) mai mare sau egală cu 12,0 tone şi cu maximum 3 axe
5. Vehicule rutiere de transport marfă cu masa totală maximă autorizată (MTMA) mai mare sau egală cu 12,0 tone şi cu minimum 4 axe 37 167“

– se va citi:
