privind abilitarea unor birouri vamale de a efectua formalitati vamale cu produse strategice

In baza Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 1.552/2006 privind reorganizarea şi funcţionarea Autorităţii Naţionale a Vămilor,

în temeiul Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 158/1999 privind regimul exporturilor şi importurilor de produse strategice, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 595/2004, al Legii nr. 387/2003 privind regimul de control al exporturilor de produse şi tehnologii cu dublă utilizare, cu modificările ulterioare, al Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 844/2001 privind Lista de armamente, muniţii şi alte produse militare supuse regimului de control la export şi import şi al Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 983/2005 pentru aprobarea listelor produselor şi tehnologiilor cu dublă utilizare supuse regimului de control la export şi import,

în conformitate cu prevederile art. 22 din Legea nr. 387/2003,

vicepreşedintele Agenţiei Naţionale de Administrare Fiscală emite următorul ordin:

Art. 1. - Birourile vamale prevăzute în anexa*) care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin se abilitează să efectueze formalităţi vamale cu produse strategice.

Art. 2. - La data intrării în vigoare a prezentului ordin, Decizia directorului general al Autorităţii Naţionale a Vămilor nr. 173/2004 privind abilitarea unor birouri vamale de a efectua operaţiuni de vămuire cu produse strategice, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 211 din 10 martie 2004, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se abrogă.

Art. 3. - Direcţiile, serviciile şi birourile din cadrul aparatului propriu al Autorităţii Naţionale a Vămilor, direcţiile regionale vamale şi birourile vamale vor duce la îndeplinire dispoziţiile prezentului ordin.

Art. 4. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, şi intră în vigoare la data de 1 ianuarie 2007.
