ORDIN   Nr. 932 din 27 aprilie 2007

privind sesiunea speciala de teste nationale 2007 pentru elevii de clasa a VIII-a participanti la loturile olimpice

ACT EMIS DE: MINISTERUL EDUCATIEI, CERCETARII SI TINERETULUI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 313 din 10 mai 2007



In baza Legii învăţământului nr. 84/1995, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, în conformitate cu Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 366/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Educaţiei, Cercetării şi Tineretului,

ministrul educaţiei, cercetării şi tineretului emite prezentul ordin.

Art. 1. - Se aprobă calendarul sesiunii speciale de teste naţionale 2007 pentru elevii participanţi la loturile de pregătire pentru concursurile şi olimpiadele internaţionale, prevăzut în anexa nr. 1, care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.

Art. 2. - Centrul de examen şi centrul de evaluare în care se desfăşoară sesiunea specială de capacitate pentru elevii componenţi ai loturilor olimpice se organizează la Liceul cu Program Sportiv din Cluj-Napoca, judeţul Cluj.

Art. 3. - Lista nominală a candidaţilor care pot participa la testele naţionale 2007, sesiunea specială, este prevăzută în anexa nr. 2, care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.

Art. 4. - Inspectoratul Şcolar al Judeţului Cluj numeşte membrii comisiei, profesorii supraveghetori şi profesorii evaluatori pentru examenul de teste naţionale 2007, sesiunea specială.

Art. 5. - Disciplinele de examen, tipul probelor, temele şi capitolele din programele de examen sunt cele prevăzute pentru teste naţionale 2007. Examenul se desfăşoară pe baza Metodologiei de organizare şi desfăşurare a testelor naţionale, în vederea accesului absolvenţilor clasei a VIII-a în clasa a IX-a a anului şcolar 2007 - 2008, şi a programelor de examen aprobate prin Ordinul ministrului educaţiei şi cercetării nr. 5.001/2006.

Art. 6. - Direcţia generală management învăţământ preuniversitar, Direcţia generală management învăţământ în limbile minorităţilor, Direcţia generală buget-finanţe, Centrul Naţional pentru Curriculum şi Evaluare în Invăţământul Preuniversitar, Inspectoratul Şcolar al Judeţului Cluj, conducerea Liceului cu Program Sportiv din Cluj-Napoca vor duce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.

Art. 7. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
